CENTENNIAL BALLROOM - MAIN STAGE - Set times subject to change
YOUNG MC 12:30am - 1:15am
Young M.C. was born in South Wimbledon, London, England but raised in Queens. After graduating from Hunter College High School in New York City, he moved to California to attend the University of Southern California. He graduated in 1989 with a bachelor's degree in economics. In 1989, Young M.C. rose to prominence with his hit "Bust a Move", from his debut album Stone Cold Rhymin', which won the second Grammy Award for "Best Rap Recording" at the 1990 Grammy Awards, during the golden age of hip hop.
CRACKER 10:35 - 11:50pm & Midnight - 12:15am
Following the break-up of his seminal 1980's band, Camper Van Beethoven, David Lowery, looking to the future, formed Cracker with Johnny Hickman. Cracker was, and continues to be, an ideal showcase for Lowery's invariably satiric, oft-times, acerbic take on present day Americana. As a result, they have enjoyed a longevity possessed by few rock bands. Though, through it all- more than a decade of record labels, music industry woes, endless stages, cities, touring vans, personal and professional achievements and challenges, remains the intrinsic charm and lasting secret of Cracker's appeal- their ability to see and convey that everything around us is both ugly and graceful, it just depends on how you look at it...

MODERN SKIRTS 9:00 - 10:15pm
Since the group formed five years ago, the Modern Skirts have sold out shows at the legendary 40 Watt Club, landed their debut album on PASTE's Best of 2005 list, placed a track on a Q Magazine radio sampler, performed on the Mountain Stage radio program, showcased at the In The City music festival in Manchester, England, and opened for R.E.M. European tour for 2 nights this summer. Some might say we've come up with our own homegrown version of Sloan: another band of accomplished musicians who know their rock history intimately, and who've got a similar knack for matching hooky verses with dazzling choruses. But that wouldn't be doing justice to the band's offbeat diction and endlessly-intriguing lyrics. You won't always know exactly what's happening in a Modern Skirts song, but you'll always be curious - and surprised - at where they're going next.

MIKE HAUN
Mike Haun was named "Atlanta's Funniest Person" by DAVE FM earlier this year. Growing up in Raleigh, North Carolina, Michael was one of the most popular kids in school; but at home, he often heard the calls: misfit, outcast, and reject. Soon after he learned what these words meant, he graduated from NC State and then decided to escape from his family of psychics and travel to Georgia. He leads a normal life and tiring of traditional medications, has learned that being on stage makes the voices stop...and listen for a change. He has shared the stage with a multitude of comedians from Emo Phillips to Ron White.
MICHELLE THOMAS
Growing up the oldest of three in a completely dysfunctional family in Texas set Michelle up for one of two things; she could either become a sociopath or a comic. She chose comic. Armed with her quit wit and sarcastic charm, she takes take you on a one of a kind journey through her life and introduce you to the unforgettable characters that inhabit it.
JARROD HARRIS
Jarrod Harris from Marietta, GA has been on Comcast Comedy Spotlight, Court TV Pilot episode Driving me Mad, NBC Night shift with Kevin Ferguson, WE Channel Secrete Lives of Women - Urban Cougars Episode & UPN Kings and Queens of Comedy. Jarrod also hosts Comedy Gold, a weekly comedy show, at Warren City Club in Atlanta.
LANDRY
Just having started performing comedy in Vancouver '06, Landry is a rookie in this industry, but he intends to take it by storm. He was born in Canada and fertilized with dysfunction which makes for a scrumptious recipe of comedy. It took him nearly 29 years to figure out how important life really is. Comedy has helped him through the rough patches. He is influenced mostly by Bill Burr who single handedly got him hooked on the ideals of this sick and twisted career of stand up comedy. He has also appeared on 2008 Season of Bill Bellamy's "Who's Got Jokes".
